2017年8月29日上午，湖南中创化工股份有限公司党总支书记、工会主席刘粮帅同志代表公司全体员工参加了由岳阳市红十字会、岳阳市关心下一代工作委员会、岳阳市人民政府献血办、岳阳市广播电视台联合主办的2017年“春风行动•爱洒校园”关爱贫困儿童爱心书包赞助公益大行动。
作为一个有着高度社会责任感的企业，湖南中创公司在接到通知后，积极响应，经研究决定认购爱心书包一百个，价值11800元。此举得到岳阳市政府部门以及云溪工业园管委会的赞扬与肯定。
“春风行动—爱洒校园”关爱贫困儿童赞助爱心书包公益大行动，用我们的实际行动帮助贫困学生解决困难，为他们创造了健康向上的学习和成长环境。小书包，大梦想，希望这些孩子们能好好学习，尽早成才，为社会做出更多的贡献、帮助更多需要帮助的人。
