7月11日下午，在公司会议中心召开了新进员工座谈会。会议由行政部部长柴劲松主持，公司总经理申文义、副总经理周旋、张小明、安全副总监杨湘平同志以及2016年以来入职的新员工参加了此次会议。
会上，首先由人事员任述奇将前期收集到的员工评价进行了简单的总结;然后是新员工谈工作以来的感受以及建议;接下来由老员工雷新倩分享工作心得，她鼓励大家要勤快，多问多想，要加强沟通，不断积累知识，因人而异设定适合自己的目标。最后公司领导作了中肯的讲话，既肯定了新员工近期工作以来的成绩，也指出了存在的不足，同时希望新员工能把公司当成自己的家来看待，多为这个家做贡献，工作上多些主动性，学习上多些自觉性。
